Sussex Windmill

Calm Sea at Eastbourne is a very calming image and reminds you of what is around you if you take the time and look. A simple groyne (sea defence) disappearing into a calm sea with a touch of yellow in the sky from a rising sun is just perfect to paint after a long hectic day.

Rock pools
Ovingdean in East Sussex has the most beautiful Rock pools at low tide and we managed to get this wonderful image and make it one of the most popular in Series 1.

Sussex Sheep
Just on the top of Ditchling Beacon in the South Downs are the most beautiful views of sheep and cows grazing in the fields that seem to change almost daily. This image was taken of the sheep gently grazing on a lovely day in spring.
